Housed at the northern gateway to Hellespontos, on the Gallipoli Peninsula, Y\u00fckseltan represents a ch\u00e2teau-style approach that combines viticulture with mindful production and a sense of place. Situated within the historical passageway of the ancient Abydos\u2013Sestos line, this production site brings together the layered past of the Troas region with contemporary winemaking practice. <\/p>


Rather than reflecting a desire for commercial expansion, Y\u00fckseltan\u2019s approach is grounded in a philosophy of controlled and careful production. The founder\u2019s background in health has brought a perspective of precision and balance to the production process. The vineyards cultivate varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and especially Riesling. It stands out as one of the few producers in T\u00fcrkiye offering strong examples of Riesling production. <\/p>


The ch\u00e2teau-style production model allows the entire process, from vineyard to bottle, to be managed within the same spatial integrity. This continuity defines character as much as it defines quality. <\/p>


Y\u00fckseltan is not only a production site; with its vineyard views overlooking the sunset, 18-room accommodation, tasting center, and restaurant, it offers a holistic vineyard experience. Here, wine is experienced together with the light and wind of Hellespontos.Within the Troia Wine Route, Y\u00fckseltan is an elegant stop located within a landscape of transition. Along this line, which has bridged two continents since antiquity, viticulture is carried on today through a conscious and balanced approach to production. <\/p>
